SHAO is registered as a sectorial partner with Afghan Ministry of Education. SHAO has implemented projects related to the sectors of Afghan Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MoLSA) and Afghan Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD). SHAO is an active member of Agency Coordination Body for Afghanistan Rehabilitation (ACBAR). In southern region SHAO is an active member of Humanitarian Response Team (HRT), Protection cluster, FSAC cluster and Child Protection cluster.  SHAO has the membership of SWABAC.
